Information clause for conference participants presenting their papers

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of
personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC –
General Regulation on data protection (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of
04.05.2016) I hereby inform you that:
1. The Controller of your personal data is Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with its
registered office at 1, Henryka Wieniawskiego Street, 61-712 Poznań.
2. The controller of personal data has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be
contacted via e-mail address: iod@amu.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to register, organize, conduct and
publish the materials from the online conference "Conference on Sound Perception
(CSP)”. The conference will be held online via MS Teams. The conference will be
recorded and then the conference materials will be stored by the Organizing
Committee of the Conference.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the
General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as
RODO)
5. Provision of the personal data is voluntary, but in the scope required by the
Organizer in order to register participants and enable them to participate in the
conference it is obligatory. Failure to provide this data excludes participation in the
conference.
6. Your personal data will be stored for a period necessary to the above-mentioned
purposes.
7. You have the right to:
a) access your data, including the right to obtain a copy of the data – on the legal
basis of art. 15 RODO,
b) request rectification (correction) of your personal data – on the legal basis of art.
16 RODO ,
c) delete the data – within the premises and under the conditions specified in art. 17
RODO,
d) restrict the processing – within the premises and under the conditions specified in
art. 18 RODO,
e) transfer personal data – within the premises and under the conditions specified in
art. 20 RODO,
f) object to the data processing – within the premises and under the conditions
specified in art. 21 RODO,
g) lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (the President of the Office for
Personal Data Protection),

h) withdraw consent for data processing. You have the right to withdraw your
consent for personal data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not
affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of
consent before its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn in the same form
in which the consent was given. Please send information on the withdrawal of

8. With regard to your personal data, decisions will not be taken automatically and will
not be profiled, in accordance with Article 22 RODO.

General Regulation on data protection (Official Journal of the European Union L 119/1 of
04.05.2016) I hereby inform you that:
